We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes, actual products may vary slightly in wood grain and colour due to the handcrafted nature of each item.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. If you believe a product description is materially inaccurate, please contact us at reachout@thepaheli.in.

3. Pricing

All prices on thepaheli.in are listed in Indian Rupees (â‚¹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are the prices that apply to that order.

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return and replacement policy is described in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photographs, written content, the Paheli brand name, and the Paheli logo (including the bilingual wordmark) are the intellectual property of Paheli and its artists. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

We commission original artwork from Indian artists. All commissioned artwork rights are owned by Paheli. Purchasing a puzzle does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of liability

Paheli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, product misuse, or third-party claims.

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, or to interfere with the site's operation in any way.

10. Changes to these terms
