What are Paheli puzzles made from?
Every Paheli puzzle is crafted from sturdy wooden board designed for a satisfying fit, smooth finish, and lasting quality. Unlike traditional cardboard puzzles, wooden pieces have a tactile weight and presence that make the experience feel far more immersive from the very first piece.
What are whimsy pieces?
Whimsy pieces are hidden shaped pieces tucked inside every Paheli puzzle — a peacock, a diya, a leaf, a butterfly, or something else waiting to be discovered.
You won't spot them on the box. You find them as you go.
They're small moments of surprise that turn puzzling into exploration.

Difficulty & timing
Which puzzle should I start with?
Honestly, none of them feel "difficult" once you settle into the artwork and begin finding your rhythm.
Choosing a puzzle is more about the kind of experience you want.
150–200 pieces
Relaxed, satisfying, and ideal for most people. Usually takes around 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the artwork and how long you stay with it.
250+ pieces
More immersive and detailed — made for people who enjoy spending longer with a puzzle and getting completely drawn into the world inside it.

Size & care
What size is the finished puzzle?
Most Paheli puzzles are approximately A4 sized when completed — compact enough for a coffee table, detailed enough to stay engaging.
How should I store my puzzle?
Store your puzzle flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Every puzzle includes a cotton storage pouch for safekeeping between sessions.
How do I clean the pieces?
Use a soft dry cloth if needed. Avoid water, sprays, or cleaning liquids.
Shipping & orders
Do you ship across India?
Yes — we currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we're working on it.

What if my puzzle arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or missing pieces, we'll make it right. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Very.

Not at the moment, but custom and limited-edition puzzles are something we're exploring for the future.
